There is limited space for most of our events. Registration for any ColorCasters event or workshop is not confirmed or reserved until full payment is received. Payment may be made through our online store on this website or by calling us at 866-91-COLOR.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
ColorCasters reserves the right to cancel the program at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be paid in full or you may reschedule attendance in the next available workshop.
Some of our events will not take place if we do not reach a minimum number of registrants. As soon as we reach that number, we will let registrants know so that they can finalize their travel and accommodations. If ColorCasters has to cancel an event due to low registration numbers, those who registered for that event will be given a full refund.
If there is a cancellation of a workshop due to inclement weather or some other unforeseen event, ColorCasters will determine procedure for re-scheduling the event as well as attendee refunds on a case by case basis.
In the event of a cancellation, ColorCasters is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges you may incur.
ColorCasters cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations by attendees.
If you have already registered and paid for an event but cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Check our online store to see if there is an alternate event you can attend. If so, let us know and we can simply shift your payment to that event. Attendee substitutions are also allowed.
Refunds for workshops and classes will only be given if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days from the start date of the event.
