G7® Expert Training & Certification hosted by Idealliance features live instructor led hands-on training. G7® Expert Training teaches professionals how to analyze color and print-related issues and take corrective action to bring systems and processes in control to a set method, standard or specification with repeatable, predictable results.

 

Idealliance G7® Trainer Jim Raffel will lead this multi-day training focusing on G7®-based print and packaging applications, and G7® integration, maintenance, and process control across all print and proofing applications. About the G7® Expert Training & Certification:

Training consists of a variety of components, including shared slides, video, whiteboard illustrations of critical concepts, press runs and print calibration simulations, and hands-on analysis. Students are strongly encouraged to participate in hands-on activities utilizing their color management tools and solutions.

G7® Expert Certification LIVE Online training is specially designed to accommodate an online environment. This interactive training takes place over five consecutive days. It allows for work and integration of your learning on your own time, and additional time for questions and activities during the live sessions.

  • Participants must be able to attend via live Zoom video conferencing.

The Instructor

Your instructor for this workshop is Jim Raffel, an industry veteran with more than 35 years of color experience. In addition to being certified by Idealliance as a G7® Expert and Trainer, he is a certified instructor for the Color Management Professional®: Fundamentals program via Printing United Alliance. He is also certified by RIP manufacturers such as Caldera, EFI and Onyx.
